Yesterday, Megan got her new
swingset! We bought it from a family whose kids had outgrown it, and thought it looked like a great size. Apparently, their huge yard made it look so much smaller than it is in our small yard! But Megan just absolutely loves it and surprised us by climbing the rock wall all by herself! Independent kid that she is! So it is perfectly timed for Independence Day!
The slides (especially the "rocket slide") were a little fast for her, and after a few slides, she decided she'd rather climb for a while. She also enjoys swinging, but generally requires you to push her as she doesn't quite understand how to keep herself going. I guess that is what parents are for, right?
